Whimsy in White

I was modeling this dress b/c it has hung in my closet, unworn, for more years than I care to count. I'm a sucker for the drop waist, button up front and laciness of it. However, I never thought I could pull it off.

So, today I put it on to sell it. This day was going to be goodbye (or at least, soon to be goodbye) I styled the dress with a sheer bodice and my AWESOME-wear them everywhere tights and Dr. Martens. I wasn't prepared to like the outfit as much as I do. But, I DO! It stays.

And to think, all these years all I needed were black and white striped tights. :)
