A Very French Lady

When I was a young teenager, my parents remodeled my room for me--and it was beautiful. I was allowed to pick out the colors and the fixtures. At the time, one of my very favorite colors was "french blue." Amazingly enough, or not, that particular shade of blue is still one of my favorite colors.

I know most folks try to steer clear of talking about their bedrooms on the internet, but, to this day, the bedroom at The Vintage Haus is an absolutely gorgeous shade of French blue with accents of white and gold and dark leather. It's truly a wonderful and a dreamy place (when the bed is made up, that is.)
