An Interview With Me

1. Why did you decide to begin this blog?  You already have lots more blogs out there on the web.
1. You're absolutely right.  I have BrightHaven Days--that's my personal blog and I have Little Green Bees--a gardening blog.  However, I feel like there's something missing from those blogs that I wanted to explore here.
2. Such as?
1. Well, I love pretty things.  I LOVE visiting other bloggers (etsians, mostly) who have gorgeous blogs and talk about crafting and shopping and visiting centuries old farmhouses.  I want to do that too, you know.
3. You mentioned "etsians."  Do you have an Etsy shop?
1. I do have an etsy shop--two of them.  My first shop is The Home Gnome, where I sell vintage items.  The second shop is Vintage Garten, where I sell gardening items, handmade clothing and heirloom seeds!
4. Will you be talking about any items here that will be in your shops?
1. Absolutely!
5. Anything else you would like to say?
1. Actually, yes.  I just want to say how inspired I am by all you ladies out there who are continually creating new and beautiful things.  I love to sew and draw and design but have felt intimidated for a long time.  I want this blog to be an outlet for creativity.  I also plan to post lots of photos of home vignettes.  Hopefully, this will help me keep the house clean!
